Terms of Service

By downloading or using the PrayPath app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the app.

PrayPath is a worship companion app offering prayer times, dhikr tracking, Quran hatim progress tracking, and personal dua management. The app is offered in two tiers:

• Free Plan: Basic prayer times, limited dhikr and Quran viewing • Pro Plan: Unlimited dhikr history, hatim tracking, personal dua management, and priority support

• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. • We recommend not sharing your account with others. • If you notice suspicious activity, please contact us immediately.

Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Subscriptions renew automatically; use your store account settings to cancel. • Charges are billed to your store account at the start of each subscription period. • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; partial refunds are not provided. • Pricing information is shown on the in-app purchase screen.

When using the app, you must not:

• Create unlawful or harmful content • Attempt to bypass the app's security mechanisms • Overload the system with automated tools • Attempt to access other users' account information

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

All content in the app (design, software, text, graphics) belongs to PrayPath and is protected by copyright law. Quran texts and hadiths are sourced from open-source academic databases and are provided for informational purposes.

Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering the app is prohibited.

PrayPath does not provide religious guidance or fatwa services. Prayer times may vary depending on calculation method and location; please verify exact times with local sources.

The app is provided "as is". We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by service interruptions, data loss, or calculation errors.

You can permanently delete your account and all your data using Settings → Delete Account. This action cannot be undone.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will send an in-app notification for significant changes. Continued use of the app under updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
